Season Rates: April 1st - Sept. 30th
Sleeps 4 comfortably but also have cots for additional people, have plenty of room.

$150. up to 4 people per night.
Additional persons $25.00 per person.

250.00 per night for double occupancy 50.00 each additional person per night

Off-Season Rates: Oct. 1 - March 31st 

$100. up to 4 people per night.
Additional persons $25.00 per person.

Terms: 50% down required at reservation, balance due upon arrival. Rental occupancy based on 4 people, with additional $25.00 per person per night. Maximum 6 people per night.
